Hi there!
My name is Alina, I’m taking yoga classes in Sunny Yoga 7 studio. And I wanna say that I love those classes. honestly I was trying to find yoga classes for a long time because I wanted to find perfect match with the teacher. Here I finally found that match. For me yoga is not only about physical development, it’s also about spiritual, about our inner side. And those teachers are amazing, they are caring about both: about the body and spiritual. I highly recommend those classes.
Welcome, join our group!
I started attending classes to lose some weight and tone my muscles.
At sunyoga7, I tried the hot direction of classes for the first time. I especially fell in love with yoga. After a class, I always feel like I’ve been reborn. I have a lot of energy, and my mood immediately improves.
I really recommend sunyoga7 to anyone looking to feel better and get in shape. It’s a friendly place with great teachers.
